THING 1 THING 2 THING: Version 4.0
You can expect version 4.0 of THE THING 1 THING 2 THING to start showing up around town shortly after the new year! So what do we have in store this time around?
For THING 1, we're bringing you a Beglian Dubbel deep brown in color, rich and malty with strong chocolate and caramel flavors. Yeast flavors are strong to moderate with noticeable banana and fruity esters and the tiniest hint of spice. Hop character is minimal with, moderate bitterness to make the finish dry and balanced. 7.5% ABV 27 IBU
For THING 2, we've got a big full bock beer perfect for sipping on chilly January nights. Aroma of bread and malt with notes of chocolate and caramel and a slight spicy, noble hop kiss. The flavor follows the aromatic lead with strong caramel and chocolate malt notes with a moderate level of bitterness. Enjoy them side by side or just order a pint!! 7.3% ABV 27 IBU
