This ain't your mama's breakfest! Kegs and Eggs is once again on deck to kick off Springfield Craft Beer Week here in the the Queen City! This beer brunch has it all...a delicious 5 course spread prepared by Jennifer Smith, the Traveling Chef, with each one paired with a Mother's brew. All proceeds will go to the Springfield Urban Agriculture Coalition (SUAC). The good people of SUAC have helped us to source ingredients from local farmers across the metro area, so all the food is fresh and local. Local food, prepared by an amazing local chef, paired with local beer, all the help a great local organization...we can't think of a better way to kick off Springfield Craft Beer Week!
