Arena Park Cape Girardeau, MO 63701
This beer festival is an action packed four hours that will satisfy any beer lover in the southeast area. Put on those big boy & big girl drinking pants because there will be plenty of craft beer to be had.
The festival will start at 12PM and run until 4 at the Cape Girardeau Arena Park. $30 in advance or $35 at the door will give you free reign to try the over 100 beers from the 25 plus breweries that will be there. Of course your Mother's will be there to help keep the party going. In traditional Oktoberfest style fashion, the mayor of Cape Girardeau, Henry Rediger, will be tapping a special Mother's Oktoberfest keg! That's right. We've hit the big time folks.
The cost also covers a free pilsner glass for you to keep, home brewing demostrations, traditional German music, and hourly drawings for gifts and prizes. And of course, there will also be plenty of good eats there to sample and try as you peruse the event.
Tickets can be purchased throughout Cape at Bluff City Beer, Dirt Cheap, John Huber Home Brew Supply (Fruitland), Kidds Gas & Convenience Stores, Primo Vino, P-Mac Music, and Community Counseling Center. All proceeds will be benefitting the CCC as well. It's a win-win across the board.
We're really excited to see all of our good friends down in the boothill and can't wait to dive head first into a whole lot of craft brew related fun. I mean, that IS what we do after all.
