2nd Course: Shrimp kabob on a bed of cabbage. Paired with Towhead. ** 3rd Course:** Braised brisket with horseradish mash and grilled mushrooms. Paired with Imperial Three Blind Mice.
4th Course: Espresso creme brule. Paired with Winter Grind.
