Holly moved here from the STL and graduated from Missouri State with a degree in Anthropology and Antiquities. Aside from her work at the brewery, Holly serves on the Environmental Advisory Board for the city and the Springfield Little Theater Associate Board. Holly also has a serious addiction to Sriracha – seriously, she will put Sriracha on anything – even ice cream. At night you can challenge her to a dart throw down over a few beers...ruthless.
